    Diana, bukan pokok pinang, you see the bunches of fruits behind it, pokok pinang buah dia tak tumbuh macam tu..I dah pegi dekat dan tengok.This photo was taken in Malacca last Christmas but I dont know what tree it was.

    Thank you Bernie, its a palm tree but dont know exactly the name of this tree. Its not beetlenut tree either.

A really interesting blog - for me in the UK it is like a peek into another world - even your vegetables look different to any I have eaten - I have never seen a japanes cucumber before - okra we get alhtough I have never grown them or cooked them - mengkudu fruits also are a new one on me - I shall keep stopping by
