Brilliant, I have always wandered what the flowers of water hyacinth looked like. For years we would buy these floating plants at the garden centre, they never flowered in our cool Summer.
Thanks Mr Lrong. Chubskulit. Rajesh, Maia. Leckeres, Bernie and Jennifer, its my favourite bloom in my garden! Love its pastel colour and the pattern of its petals!
About the tuna cakes.. I only added scallions, eggs, and breadcrumbs to it and some spice. And oh, a litle bit of yellow mustard can add a little flare to the taste.
Thanks Karin, Alistair, Laurax and Sandy and Giga, this plant will grow well in a warmer climate, the flower is so delicate and pretty and will last only a day.
Diana, its my favourite too and I love to photograph the pretty bloom.
Holley, I wonder why its illegal to grow them there? Because it can be be very invasive plant?
Thank you Malar, Beth, Steph, Joyce..a lot of people love it too like me!
