Put my tired feet up....

Mint in Tea

Today Im going to put up my very tired feet and aching body to rest! So after my morning rituals, feeding the cats, watering the plants, cleaning the house, I make my usual cuppa hot Teh-O (tea without milk) with mint leaves! In fact I need to have 2 cuppa...drinking to the last drop and chew the mint leaves...a very satisfying drink! Ok Im going to take a nap now....

Look up for Life and History of Mint on Gay Gardener Gazette : http://gggazette.blogspot.com

Cheer up!

I love fresh mint tea! Chewing the leaves at the end is what I will try next time. Good idea. You deserve a nap after all that work. ;>)

Do you add sugar to it? I shall give this a try.
Hope your body has rejuvenated after the mint tea and rest. :)

Thanks guys, I had a deliciously wonderful, relaxing, much needed nap yesterday!

Yes Kitchen flavours, Malar, One I had a very busy Hari Raya starting the day before and a tiring day from morning till night entertaining my whole family who came!

And my mint tea was all I needed before curling up on the sofa in front of the TV!

Carol, Malar, James...you can always add mint if you are bored with the normal tea and I love to chew the mint anyday anytime..One, sugar is your personal preference, I prefer just a bit not too much and the tea should be hot when you added the mint so that it will blend in faster.

Rainfield, too bad you are in the office...but once in a while, put up yr feet when nobody's looking :)
