Regarding Balti Chicken over at my kitchen... replacing yoghurt with coconut milk, in my opinion will give a slightly different taste, as you know, coconut milk is 'lemak manis' whereas yoghurt is a little bit tangy and sour. Maybe you could try with coconut milk and add on another tablespoon of lemon juice. Personally, I think that it will still be delicious, maybe a little different, but delicious! Im not sure if it was a 'girl' Joy.About that Balti Chicken, I will try first with coconut milk, usually if I cook curry or dalcha, I will put one piece of asam keping or air asam jawa to make it a bit tangy. Though I would also like to try it with yoghurt as in your recipe.
